How do I change my setting from USPS to already picked up the merchandise
The buyer already picked up his merchandise,he gave me a 5 star rating n is happy. But the app is asking me for a tracking number

Select mark as shipped. You can't change it to pick up or mark it received.
When you're going to let someone pick up an item, you need to set that in your listing before it sells. Then the buyer will get a QR code fro you to scan to mark it picked up.
