How do I change feedback rating ?
Someone sent a necklace that was so tangled that I had to throw it away. After I left negative feedback they are going to send another. How do I change their rating ?

Mentor2 years agoYou've left similar feedback for two purchases. Before throwing away an item, why not contact the seller for help? You can open a return to get your money back. Leaving feedback prematurely can look worse for you than it does for the seller.
AFTER you receive the replacement, ask the seller for a feedback revision request.

OP2 years agoThank you for your help . But, I am homebound and my printer does not work. I cannot open a return. I have no way to return it.
I did some further reading and I did kind of learn how to do a feedback revision request.
The other item and the other seller you are speaking of I want to leave as neutral feedback. I feel as though on that item and the sellers actions that the feedback is appropriate. The item was not well packaged and part of it became severely damaged. I had to throw that part away. The other part of the item item I was able to salvage and I wanted to keep it . So, neutral feedback in that case seemed appropriate.
