How do I change default shipping method
When preparing shipping labels the shipping method defaults to Ground Advantage on all of my orders. How can I change it so the default setting is Media Mail iunstead?

The eBay labels page will default to the shipping carrier and service you set up on the listing.
Your CD's are set to USPS first class. That is for letter flat envelopes and must be purchased at USPS. Since it can not be purchased the page defaults to the closest USPS package service which is ground advantage.
You will need to revise all your listings to show media mail as the shipping if you want it as a default.

If you list it with Media Mail, the buyer will pay and see media mail and that is what will populate in the shipping label on eBay.
I think you might be listing with first class mail. In that case, you cannot print an eBay label for first class mail as it is not available for a tracking number or online shipping at all, so it defaults to ground advantage.
Change your listings to media mail before the buyer purchases and media mail will show up.
