You can change your return settings to no returns, but that only applies to buyer remorse returns. Your items will still be covered by the money back guarantee, meaning you will take the return or refund without return if the buyer opens a not as described claim.

You can use bulk edit to change your items to returns not accepted, or change them one at a time. Have you used bulk edit?
