How do i change a tracking number on an item i shipped. Had to upgrade the shipping

I shipped an item an selected the wrong shipping. Had to upgrade to ground advantage. Need to fix the tracking number

Go to your Paid and Shipped Orders

Use the View Order Details link

Click on the down arrow next to "track package"

Click on "Add Tracking"

After a while (not immediately) you might be able to remove the incorrect tracking number. When looking at the order details, there will be 2 tracking numbers. There should be an "edit" button there. Use that to delete the incorrect tracking number from the order.

Make sure to void the incorrect label
