We cannot remove or revise positive feedback.
You can leave a Follow up to the positive feedback you left (with all the negative comments).
It’s possible that eBay might remove the Comment if contacted. [Sellers are not allowed to leave buyers positive feedback with negative comments … but I’m not sure if eBay allows buyers to do it.]

Are you talking about feedback to the seller or an actual product review?
Positive feedback can’t be changed.
