How do I change a refund to partial refund after I already put as a refund
The item was also not the way I packed it in the photos they sent me, is there a number I can contact customer support?

No, once refunded you can't lower the refund amount once submitted. You need to inspect the item when you get it back BEFORE you refund.

OP8 months agoThank you I definitely will, it wasn’t packaged in the same box I sent it in in the pictures they sent. My payment is also on hold
