How do I change a price on a listing? Nothing is active when I try to revise
This is a buy it now price and I would like to lower the price. Nothing is active when I try to revise it.

-If there are less than 12 hours remaining in the current listing cycle you cannot make any changes
-If there is an outstanding or active Offer on the item you cannot change anything
