How do I cancel an order that I am awaiting payment on?
I had a customer send me an offer on something and I accepted it. It has been in the awaiting payment phase for a few days now. The customer contacted me to cancel it and I’m fine with that, but can’t figure out how to do it.

You can cancel the transaction without any defect/ding being added to your seller account. In a situation like this, you can use "Buyer Requested" as the reason:
"Sellers aren't allowed to abuse the order cancellation process. A seller should never cancel an order and select an incorrect cancellation reason, including falsely claiming that the buyer failed to pay.

In your list of sold items, select cancel transaction next to that item. Then select buyer requested.
