How do I cancel an order After I refunded it?
Hi, I was speaking with a buyer so I knew what he was wanting to buy, #66 but he accidently bought #16 so I let him know and that I can refund it so he could get the one he wanted and he agreed.
I did the refund and relisted the item but now it is still showing up under orders and when I click the cancel button it says I can't because I did a full refund, it does show it was refunded (he also already rebought the correct item he wanted).
How do I move it out of orders and will this affect my rating for it not being shipped?

Mentor3 years agoThe cancelled transaction will remain in your All orders. It WAS an order...it ended up being cancelled. If you don't want to see it there, use the Archive option to remove it from the list.

Do you know if it will count against me, I am above standard now but since I refunded and didn't cancel first I am worried it may count against me.

OP3 years agoHi Jame234, I realized after that I did it backwards. I just saw the refund button so went that route, I just don't know what to do now.
