How do i cancel an order

I need to cancel an order due to error in description on my end. Buyer has sent payment but status is On Hold because I'm a new seller and I hadn't completed my full profile. I have fixed that but need to refund this payment

In your sold orders, select cancel transaction, then select I am out of stock - this is the only reason you can use when the cancellation is due to your error.

You will need to fund the full refund, then eBay will release the buyerâ€™s payment and reverse the fees that are eligible for credit. No one likes it, but that is how refund work for all of us.
