Will eBay give me a strike or take punitive action on me?

@handmadeheartfelt The only reason you can use to cancel the order is out of stock damaged. I would first message the buyer and apologize for your mistake and explain why you have to cancel.

You will get a DEFECT for having to cancel this way. One defect will not hurt you too much but be careful not to get anymore. See Seller Standards

eBay will refund your sellers fees expect for the .40 cents transaction fee.
