I accidentally issued an extra shipping label for an item and was charged for it. How do I cancel that shipping label and get my money back?

ou have 28 days to cancel an unused USPS, FedEx, or UPS label purchased on eBay. It can take up to 21 days for the carrier to approve or reject the refund. If approved, funds will be credited to your original funding source.

Here's how to cancel a shipping label you printed on eBay:

Go to Track and manage your shipments in Seller Hub or Manage shipping labels in My eBay.
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.
