how do i cancel a shipping label
I was weighing my package and when I cam back ebay said I had a sjhipping lable already.'I didn;t get a chance to add insurance or weigh the item

Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the Order. Click the down-arrow. Select VOID label. You have 5 days from the date you printed the label in order to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
Now you can use the PRINT ANOTHER LABEL and this time change the dimensions of the package and/or weight as needed.
