How do I cancel a return claim
I purchased an item for my company. The description listed the item as damaged. Unfortunately, I didn't see that in the description. When it was received, of course, it was damaged, so I began a return/refund claim. The seller initially approved the return, I received the return shipping label and then received a message from the seller that he would report me to ebay for fraud if I didn't cancel the claim. And here I am, not knowing how to cancel the claim. We order frequently from ebay and I don't want to jeopardize our account. HELP!

You can disregard the seller's threat, and, in fact, I would report that message using the 3 dots ⋯
1) If you of your own free will want to cancel the return, you can do so in the case. The return will also cancel if you don't mail the item back
2) If you wish to continue the return, mail the item back.
3) Even if the seller reports you, one report will not jepaordize your eBay account.
