I think that you are asking how to cancel a RETURN request. Only the buyer can cancel a return request case.

Mentor9 months agoYou can use the CONTACT SELLER link and let the seller know you wish to cancel your request.
If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
