How do I call CS about a return.
When they attempted to call me their call “failed†yet my phone works fine and it did not ring.
Anyone know how to call a human instead of using the automated circle game?

You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant that you reach from the Help & Contact page to request a chat with an agent or a call back.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

OP6 months agoThank you for your reply. Unfortunately I’m hearing crickets from a seller after messaging them that the shipping company delivered the return on Feb 12 however, eBay’s return status is not showing it as returned. It shows the trucking company picked up the item. I do not have social media accounts and so far I’ve been sent in circles. If this was a $20 dollar item it would not be worth chasing but we are talking over 2k. Does eBay CS have an email address? I want to show them the receipt from the trucking company that it’s been delivered and who signed for it. I sent another message to the seller yesterday and as I said, crickets. Any ideas would help. If you have filed a Return Request and the seller has not responded after delivery of the returned item, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Mentor6 months agoIf the tracking does not update to show delivery, you may want to consider registering a social media account so you can contact eBay that way.
