How do I bring my percentage rate up back to 100%, ebay put me at 50% ,

Because one buyer received the item he purchased and then wanted to return it after he found it one he misplaced. My suggestion to him was to keep it, and resale it with a profit, I gave him a great deal, and he did but still gave me a poor review, smh.

Always cancel if the buyer requests to do so. It doesn't end well if you don't, as you can see. After you shipped it instead of cancelled it, did the buyer ask to return? You should have allowed the return rather than telling him to resell it.

That negative will count against you for 1 full year. You need to get more positive feedback to bring your % up.
