How do I block certain buyers? Im on my phone most of the time and I cant find this option.

This site is not user friendly for those of us as far as eyesite goes, people like myself cannot spend much time looking at commputor screens because of eye issues that occur do to long periods trying to research issues as the one I had asked especially on the phone. Things should be labled as is. Im trying to block certain troublesome buyers from accessing my site, why cant there be something simple like " How to block people period" I go blind searching for what should be evident.

I see a link to block buyers in the Seller Hub, under the Shortcuts section. You can add the member to your blocked buyers list here https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
