I tick all the boxes. So, what makes me NOT eligible ?
eBay now automatically opts members in to the EIS program once they are eligible AND there is room for more members in the EIS program.  Unfortunately there's nothing more you can do at this time. Just keep selling like you are and meeting all of the eligibility requirements that @mr_lincoln showed and you will eventually be added.  Â
Â
You used to see the Opt IN option that you could choose in account settings but it no longer works that way.  You can only Opt OUT from the shipping page in account settings. Â
On your Shipping preferences page (link below) you can Opt in to International shipping and turn regions and countries of the world ON or OFF.  You can turn International shipping ON on your listings and make some further selections. You can read about eBay International shipping below via the link provided. Note that it starts with "if eligible" ... you can see if you are eligible.
The link I provided is to the eBay Help page on International shipping, access it through a browser, the "eligible" link opens a section that explains it in more detail. If your browser does not allow the link to be opened then try a different browser. The link DOES work.

OP1 year agoThat is why my Q. was "how do I become eligible". Because eBay does not give clear instructions. What makes a person NOT eligible ?

OP1 year agoHello. Thank you for responding.
Ido not have that option on my page ! If I had I would not ask this Q.Â
I keep reading I need to meet "Certain Criteria". I tick those boxes. So am stumped.
