How do i ask the community for help with an item is?

I just recieved some things of my Grandmother. But I am most interested in the Gr Green saucer and plate een glass that I received. There are no markings, I don't know what year? There is a pattern, and I don't know what it is. Is this the place for an answers? I can not figure out how to show pictures, this is my first time asking for help like this.
