How do I ask for a heavier weight ship label?
My buyer estimated the weight of my sale at 0.15 oz.it weighs 4.5#! I’m willing to pay the difference. How do I get a new label? Thx!

·3 years agoNot sure how the buyer estimated the weight of your package.
Go to your shipping labels and click Void in the menu next to the listing, then you can buy another one.
