how do I ask ebay to remove a photo from feedback?
So I sold a necklace and the buyer was delighted with it and left positive feedback. No problem right? Well they attached a photo of a sex doll in a suggestive pose on a bed wearing the necklace 0_o. How do I quietly remove the photo without offending the buyer? Help and Contact does not help me in this situation. I don't want my other buyers to see it. Thanks!

You can request to have the feedback removed because of the photo that has nothing to do with the sale.
See this policy page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/feedback-policies/feedback-policy?id=4208
Request removal at the bottom of the page.
If the AI doesn't remove it then you can appeal.

Mentor4 months agoI tried that once and eBay said since the item was technically in the picture that it wasn't removable. May be different because of this pic though.

OP4 months agoApparently through that link you can only request removal of neutral or negative feedback. It does not give me the option to select the positive feedback listing.

OP4 months agoIsn't there some rule about inappropriate photos? I don't even know if its okay to post it , remove if not!

Mentor4 months agoI don't know that it would be considered inappropriate. It's fully covered.

OP4 months agoI guess its just me then, it gives me too much information on the buyer that I have no interest in knowing about. I realize it was for "shock and awe" that they posted it, its just annoying because most of my buyers are ladies who probably don't want to see stuff like that.
