OP1 year agoOK ! I TRIED CLICKING ON THE TOP SECTION OF ``SEND MESSAGE``. UP CAME ``SEND A COPY TO MY E MAIL``. I CHECKED AND CLICKED ``OK``. DID NOT GET A CURSOR.
SO I CLICKED ON THE GRAY AREA AROUND THE LOWER ``SEND MESSAGE``. STILL DID NOT GET A CURSOR.
PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO GET A CURSOR.

Are you using the APP or a desktop? If using a desktop sign out, clear your cookies and cache, then log back in. If using the APP sign out, sign back in. If that does not fix it try signing in using a browser.

To use the new message format you click in the little gray field with "Send message," to get a cursor for typing your text. To send the message, click the paper-airplane icon to the right of the message field. If you want to attach images before sending, click the little landscape icon to the left of the message field.
