How do I as buyer pay a seller for a refunded item
Greetings, I was recently refunded for an item that I hadn't received after 4 weeks. Two days after the seller refunded me, the order arrived in the mail. I wish to pay that seller for the refunded item. I can't find anywhere in eBay how this could be done. Need help. Any ideas?

It cannot be done through Ebay.
Contact the seller and ask them to send you a payment request through Paypal.
Or ask them if you can pay through an online payment service such as Venmo, etc.
