I refunded a buyer who asked for a refund after the item was reported delivered but it never arrived. Several days later the item arrived at the buyer's address. How do I arrange payment after a refund was issued?

The buyer is not required to pay you after they have been refunded.

If the buyer has offered to repay for the item, you can send them a Paypal request or payment request by one of the online payment apps.
