How do I appeal a Violation of My listing
I had my listing pulled because it was said to be a counterfeit item. My item is 100% authentic besides it's a pair of sneakers that will have to go through their physical authentication process. I believe a buyer that was upset that I did not accept their low ball offer reported the item. Can I appeal? How do I do it? I don't see away in my seller portal? Is their a number I can call to actually talk to someone. Totally not fair that some can make a claim and it's automatically approved without any discussion from my side.

Mentor2 years ago@sellkru I am sorry that happened but there really is no way to get approved to list again as the agents can't reset the bots. So once an item is removed you have to sell it elsewhere.
As a fellow seller I understand that this is frustrating.
