    How do I appeal a negative review dismissed by eBay.
                     

    I sold items to someone who waited months before posting a negative review. They made claims that were untrue in the review and I asked eBay to step in and remove it. They said the buyer was within their rights and the review needs to stay. The buyer absolutely lied about the actions they said were taken. How can I appeal this decision. The buyer damaged the items on their own through neglect or mishandling. I've about had it with eBay already, the fees, the shipping, but this too. Come on now.
