I received a defect for something that was beyond my control. How do I appeal it?

Mentor1 year agoThere are some defects that cannot be appealed, such as cancelling for Out of stock, not uploading tracking on time, not shipping within your handling time, not responding to a buyer's Item Not Received case within 3 days, not responding to a buyer's returns request within 3 days, etc.
