The seller sent me an item that was supposed to be new, but it turned out to be used. I sent the item back for a refund, and it arrived on the very day the refund deadline expired; the seller then closed the case, claiming the item didn't arrive on time. So, the seller kept both my money and the item. What can I do? Please help.
