How do I add the shipping cost to the buyer after they have paid?
The item was listed as shipping not included. When I created the invoice I entered the information for the buyer to select shipping UPS or FedEx Ground. When I looked at the payout it took the shipping cost out of my funds. How can I correct that? The help center said there is a revised invoice option but able to locate it.
