How do I add shipping cost to a buyer's offer so they are charged the correct amount?
Total for shipping and the item are more than the buy it now price becuase it's a large, heavy item that we've been asked to ship.

·1 year agoYou cannot charge more for shipping than your listing was set up to charge. You should have researched the shipping cost and/or used calculated shipping (if it was an option, if the item is large and/or heavy enough to require freight shipping, that requires you to input the specific cost), and charged enough for shipping to cover the cost. You'll need to either absorb the additional cost to ship it, or cancel the order and take a mark on your selling metrics along with possible negative feedback from the buyer for being unable to complete the order as promised.
