How do i add additional shipping charges to the order after it has already shipped.
the shipping doubled and I went ahead and paid it so now I need to bill the customer for the charges..

Mentor6 months agoSorry, you are not allowed to do that. You must make sure your listing is correct to begin with. Often best to use Calculated shipping to help insure this. If it was a large amount you could have cancelled the transaction, but you would then get a strike on your account, still pay fees, and have an unhappy buyer.
