How do I actively report a seller? The chat is not helpful and I can’t connect to a human.
I made a purchase on the 9th of this month, and I've contacted the seller three times to inquire about the shipping status. The item is overdue, with the delivery expected today. Despite requesting a cancellation two days ago, the seller refused, claiming it was too late. They have not responded to my queries. eBay mentions the option to report a seller, but I can't find where to do this.

Follow @disneyshopper advice and file a not received refund request when it is one day past the last estimated delivery date.
If the item does arrive and is not as described then you file a return request. The seller pays return shipping for not as described items.

Mentor3 weeks agoGo to your Purchase history and locate the item. Look at the estimated delivery date. When it is at least 1 day past that date, but not more than 30 days past, you can file a refund request for Item Not Received. The seller will have 3 days to respond with either a tracking number showing Delivered or refund you in full. If the seller does neither, on day 4, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If it is past the 30 days, you can contact your credit card issuer, if that is how you paid, about a charge back. Most credit card issuers can help for up to 180 days from the transaction.
