How do I acquire the shipping label QR code?

Purchased the USPS shipping label on the eBay app. Wasn't informed anything about a QR code until I got to the post office. I've been searching everywhere on eBay and request to speak with an agent but have got no help. My buyer has been waiting a week already. Where do I get this QR code?

When you bought the label you had to select print label or QR code. If you selected print, you can not change it to the QR code type. You need to void the label and purchase a new label, selecting QR code instead of print.
