How do i access my account.

Question

I have a account that I have used for almost 20 years. I took a 2 yr hiatus and I am now trying to get back into selling.

When I enter the username, it keeps telling me it's invalid. I can't sign in with the email address because I no longer have access to it. I fear someone has hacked my account.

I'm not able to get a live agent on the phone, does anyone have some suggestions, or a customer service #?
