how do cancel duplicate shipping labels
A few days ago, my printer made 4 copies of one label. How do I cancel the 3 extras so I'm not charged?
And today I printed 4 labels on one sheet of paper, but they were too small, so I reprinted them 2 at a time.
Now I have 4 duplicates from that.
I tried seller hub but no luck there. I did find Cancel Label, but that must be for cancelled orders, because when I tried it, I got "you can't cancel this label because it's already been used"
Please and thank you.

If you printed the *same* label multiple times, there is only 1 charge (for each tracking number)
If you printed different labels, with different tracking numbers you can cancel the extras this way
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.
The refund will come in about 21 days.
