How do buyers accept first class packages as delivered? The original shipping was listed as USPS Ground Advantage which needs a tracking number to be accepted as delivered.

If a buyer files an Item Not Received, the seller will have to refund item price + shipping as there is no tracking number to prove delivery. There is an exception for sellers who use the ebay Standard Envelope, but that form of shipping is restricted to items in certain categories with a certain price point.
