Mentor2 years agoYour question is confusing.
If you have an item listed for sale, and just discovered it is not working, you can END the listing before someone purchases it.
If you purchased an item and it arrived not working, you file a Returns Request selecting Not as Described as the reason.
Please clarify further for a better reply.
