If you tried to purchase something and received a message that you have unpaid items (2 or more) then somehow you had 2 items in the last 12 months that you did not pay for. Sellers can cancel after 4 days giving the Buyer an Unpaid strike on their account ... 2 or more affects Buying ... 1 doesn't.
