How did I get discount?
I bought three items from local seller. Winning bid for each was $25 for total of $75 plus tax. At checkout eBay only charged the tax and the rest was a discounted by eBay. Seller contacts me that he did not get paid. How was this discount applied?

Mentor1 year ago@phatwestprong That's a good question! It sounds like the seller will need to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Refund you whatever they did receive, then relist so you can buy again.
