I sold an and have a tracking confirmation that item was delivered. Now ebay put my funds on hold because buyer claims they did not receive it. This is not fair. Will ebay take my funds back?

Thank you. I did, but ebay still has hold on funds. I am just scared they will take the funds back out of my account because the buyer filed a dispute.
