How come international buyers cant seem to buy from me?
Im located in the United States
I am enrolled in eBay International Shipping
On my listing I have international shipping enabled.
However I have an interested buyer from overseas (Poland) and they are saying that they dont have an option to buy the item, and asking that I revise my listing to enabled overseas shipping.
What am I missing?

Mentor2 years ago@terran1981. Not all items qualify for shipping with the eBay International Shipping Program.
The electronic items won't ship with the EIS. They are blocked from the program due to possible incompatibility issues with other countries electric systems.
