According to an email Ebay sent 2 years ago:
After careful consideration, we’ve decided to retire the 1% earnings reward on everyday purchases starting April 1st, 2021. The good news is, you will continue to receive bonus Bucks offers, so you can keep earning. The Bucks you earn will have a 12-month redemption window.

Mentor3 years agoeBay ended the daily 1% return on purchases back in April 2021. Since then, the only way to earn eBay Bucks is to take advantage of one of the periodic 5% offers that eBay sends to select user accounts about once per month.
