How come I messaged a buyer and they said they received my package, but here says otherwise
I messaged the buyer and they confirmed they got it but I can’t seem to figure out how to confirm it has been delivered and get my funding.

Tracking is not always updated quickly (or even at all in some cases), but you should still get paid -- even if the tracking is missing entirely.
New or infrequent sellers should expect that eBay may hold their funds for up to thirty days.
