How claim when received a product not working & seller not accepting claim?

I bought a window unit AC but received a stinky and damaged not working oneHow to claim? Please help how to Jay

If you are still within 30 days of receiving the AC ... then follow these directions exactly:

Go to your Purchase History and file a 'return request' ... choosing 'Item doesn't match description or photos' as the reason for the request.
If the seller doesn't provide EITHER a prepaid return shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days ... then go back to your open request the next day and ask eBay to step in. eBay will handle the rest.

If you already opened a return request ... then go go Step 2. when it's time. [We're in the midst of a holiday week ... so I'm not sure whether today is being counted as a business day ... so keep going to your return request and look for the link to ask eBay to step in. You won't see it until it's time to use it.

In the meantime ... ignore the unhelpful seller. It does not good to continue contacting them if they're not being helpful.
