how change paper size to 4 x 6 so I cant print to my new label printer

it printed 2x3 on 4x6I selected paper size as 4x6 but the preview showed it landscape and printed it as a tiny 2x3 on the 4x6. The printer manual said to change in selling section on ebay. but I could not find where I could change it there. any ideas? thanks

I just did a packing slip and it came out perfect on the 4x6. What I need to do is change the label orientation from landscape to portrait, but I cannot find anywhere that option exists to select.
