I recommend asking your question here first. We can provide accurate answers and save you time and the frustration of dealing with the bots for most questions. We are experienced buyers and sellers that know eBay policies and procedures.

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief when you reply to the chat bot.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)

OP4 months agoThanks, I did all those hoops and typed Agent, Representative many times, have been trying for 3 days. Been on here for 26 years and only occasionally had to enlist help, use to be a simple phone call and issue resolved. The times are a changing and I just may need to learn Bot Chat. Again Thanks for quick response.
