If YOU cancelled a transaction at a Buyer's request the item will remain on your Leave Feedback list for 90 days.
Talking to eBay will not change how their programming works in this area. It can also happen if you cancel an Unpaid auction either at the Buyer's request or anytime after 4 days and giving the Buyer and Unpaid item strike.
I brought this glitch to their attention quite some time ago and it has NEVER been fixed. What I started to do is leave Positive Feedback with a plug for the listing, it's accuracy, nice spread of pictures, etc. NOTHING Negative is posted so it does not violate eBay policy. Here's an example, note I use my store name not my ID:
