You can't call them, they have no user-accessible inbound lines.
Go to https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275 and request a call back.
Why not describe your problem here, and give us a shot at it. You could always talk to Customer Service later, if it's something we couldn't address, for example something that would require entering your account.
